Daniel Pryde Jarman
Daniel Pryde-Jarman is an artist and curator whose research interests include institutional critique, the life of art objects, the politics of display, and the aesthetics of conflict and power.
He is interested in forms of self-organised artist-led culture, and has previously been involved in setting up several artist-run spaces, including Grey Area in Brighton (2006 - 2012), and Meter Room project space & studios (2011 - present), an arts organisation based in Coventry that provides affordable studio space in the city centre. He is Head of School of Fine Art & Photography at Hereford College of Arts, a Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors, and Chair of Meadow Arts.
Recent exhibitions include Pallet Show at Manchester Contemporary (2023), and Meadow Arts' Watermark across sites in Worcester last year.
